Beta of support for HTTPS with automatic certificate provisioning from Let's Encrypt via the golang autocert package.

I did need to rebuild the server to get this working. The previous server was created in November 2015 and had been up continously for 1025 days. The switchover with Amazon's Elastic IP was seemless.

My previous host, Site5, moved my site with less than 24 hours notice.

The new IP address is 50.17.181.25. It is hosted at Amazon and should be completely stable.
